Chinese BOCE entered the capital of the Ukrainian PFTS by purchasing a 49.9% stake. The resolution of the AMCU has issued more than a year ago.
The Chinese commodity exchange, Bohai Commodity Exchange has acquired a nearly 50% stake in Ukraine’s PFTS Bourse, reported on the website of the exchange.
It is noted that from the shareholders of the PFTS released a series of companies registered in Belize and the Marshall Islands: Primeview LTD Dakal LTD, Crookston Limited and Boline LTD.
The company Parvana LTD (Marshall Islands) has reduced its stake, and pension funds administrator Altana investment Management increased its stake in PFTS to 5.1%.
In December 2018, the Antimonopoly Committee allowed BOCE to enter the capital of PFTS. Then it was reported that the Chinese can buy more than 25% of its shares.
Earlier on the Ukrainian stock exchange started trading shares of Apple. The price of Apple shares in Ukraine will be higher than in the US. This is due to the Commission, which must be paid to the broker.
