In Ukraine, the coronavirus infection have been confirmed 881 child. On 6 may, Facebook reported the Center of public health of Ukraine.

137 children out of this number recovered.

Most children with confirmed COVID-19 – in the Chernivtsi region. 177 there are infected children, the number of recovered 29.

In Kiev ill 102 children, two recovered. In the Kiev region 86 infected children (five recovered), in Rivne oblast – 55 (two recovered), in Ternopil region – 61 (12 recovered).

It is noted that often the coronavirus was confirmed in children in the age group 10 to 14 years.

Currently, 10 children are in the ICU. One child is on a ventilator. One on extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (method of blood oxygen saturation during severe acute respiratory failure).
