Infrastructure Minister Vladislav Crickley said that the arrival in Kiev of the Board SkyUp with evacuees is expected to start around 23.00.

Deputy Minister of health, chief sanitary doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko said that all citizens who sit on the Board, there will be three stages of medical inspections by Italian and Ukrainian physicians.

“Everyone we move, there will be no symptoms, with confirmed laboratory results that the disease is absent. We invited all passengers to fill out a form with consent to a voluntary self-isolation: upon arrival they will go in self-isolation at home. For violation of the conditions of self-isolation provides some liability, so we will do random checks (from the questionnaire we know who lives where) to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection”, – said Lyashko.

On 13 March, the Council of national security and defense decided to close for foreigners entering Ukraine on the night of March 16 and to end flights in the night of March 17. The government supported these measures at an emergency meeting on March 14.
