Ukreximbank was trying to recover from Bogdan the property to repay the loan issued to the company in 2009. However, in 2018, the parties agreed to a 13-year debt restructuring.

Under the new agreement, the company undertook to repay the loan until 25 December 2031. In the first half of the year, the rate was less than 1%, and in 2025 should reach 17,46% per annum.
