Law enforcement announced Shulman’s wanted on 26 July 2019

The national police reported about suspicion and declared wanted by businessman Vadim Shulman, who is a former business partner, Igor Kolomoisky. Relevant information published in the database of wanted persons of the Ministry of internal Affairs.
It is reported that Shulman charged with suspicion under part 3 of article 209 (laundering of monetary funds and other property received by a criminal way) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
He was declared wanted on July 26, 2019. Measure Shulman was not elected.

In January 2018, Shulman filed a London lawsuit against Kolomoisky and his partner Gennady Bogolyubov, accusing them of stealing more than $500 million.
Shulman headed the Supervisory Board of several coking plants belonging to the group “Privat” (in 2008 they were sold to the EVRAZ group). Is the co-founder of LLC “Eneco”. In 2006 acquired the company “TeleSystems of Ukraine”, under which the market was entered first in Ukraine operator of the 3G – PEOPLEnet. In 2007, Schulman became the owner of the Dnipropetrovsk operator CDMA communication CST-Invest. He is honorary President of Federation of tennis of Ukraine, reports “League.Business.”
