Attempt to restore Filaret of the Kyiv Patriarchate is void in both legal and canonical sense. This statement was made by the Orthodox Church of Ukraine. The document published by RBC-Ukraine.

In the result of adopted solutions “are initially negligible in the legal and canonical sense of the term, do not produce legal effects and are not subject to execution,” said the DNC.
The document States that Metropolitan Epiphanios shall convene the Synod of the DNC on Monday, June 24. At the meeting of the Synod is scheduled to decide on the statements of the honorable Patriarch Filaret. Priests who support the ideas of Philaret, Metropolitan Epiphanius threatened refusal to accept their part of the episcopate of the PCU.
“We call on the honorable Patriarch Filaret and the people who took part in the meeting to understand all the disastrous consequences of such an act and stop undermining the unity of the Church and the unity of the Ukrainian people”, — the document says.
Thus in the Orthodox Church of Ukraine of the incident is not called a split. The Archbishop of Chernihiv and Nizhyn Yevstratov (Zoria) stated that a small group of priests left the Orthodox Church of Ukraine (PCU), however, anathema will not betray them.
“Anyone who says that this may result in the revocation of the Tomos of autocephaly, I can report that this does not happen. To apply sanctions to ptsu for no reason,” added Yevstratov.
