In Svyatoshinsky district of the capital male was closed in the apartment and threatened to kill the children, but after the storming of the special forces were detained. About it reported in a press-service of the police.

It is reported that the incident happened on the street Zhmerinsky. The police called the woman and said that her sister’s husband had arranged a fight and beats his wife.

“The lady escaped, and her assailant barricaded himself in the house with four children ranging in age from 3 to 13 years old and threatened with a gun. Accordingly in Kiev were introduced a police operation “Hostage”, – stated in the message of the police.

It is noted that as a result of negotiations, the man released from a 13-year-old daughter. As the chief of police of Kiev Andrey Krishchenko later drove the special forces, who stormed.

“A man talks, and when he realized that he would not let the children, decided to act. Making sure that during the storm the children will not suffer, the special unit has received a command to start power unit operation. The children were released, and the malefactor was detained”, – he said.
