The OSCE is “extraordinarily active” in Kiev, but on the line of contact in Donbas, the staff of the special monitoring mission stops work after lunch, said Ukrainian blogger Serge Marco in Facebook.

“I was there a week held at Mariupol. So, do not know the principles [of the OSCE], but after dinner they don’t work anymore. They are no stupid. After 14.00 and started the fire. That is, before the rebels cut down mostly at night, Obseshniki ride of the day and there is something recorded. Now either completely lazy, or decided that this is a normal a style of work,” he said.
