The high Council of justice has dismissed Kyiv judge Neganova for the arrests of activists of the Euromaidan

The high Council of justice approved the dismissal of Neganova 13 Feb

Judge Podolsky district court of Kyiv, Natalia Neganova fired due to the fact that she took the decision to arrest the activist of Euromaidan from November 2013 to February 2014. This decision on 13 February adopted the High Council of justice of Ukraine.

It is noted that Neganova attracted to a disciplinary responsibility in June 2017, and December 26 had made a complaint about her dismissal.

The lawyers, the judges were unable to prove the legality of its actions. Neganova dismissed for committing significant disciplinary offence (paragraph 3 of part 6 of article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine).

At the end of 2013 – early 2014 in Ukraine there were mass protests that led to regime change. At this time, the protesters resisted law enforcement authorities and hired armed bandits (titushki). Dozens of protesters were killed, hundreds were injured.

Harassment of activists of the Maidan, the General Prosecutor’s office suspects about 300 judges.
