“School truce” in the Donbas: a Ukrainian military got wounded – ATO headquarters

One Ukrainian serviceman got wounds during anti-terrorist operation on 13 September in the Donbass, informs the press center of staff ATO in Facebook.

“As a result of one of attacks around 23.00 was one of our wounded military. He was immediately taken to a nearby military medical hospital. At the moment his condition is satisfactory”, – is told in the message.

The Ukrainian military was wounded in the vicinity of the Town.

“Over the past day in the area of ATO, the intensity of attacks by militants have decreased slightly. At the same time, the main activity of the enemy, already on standard tactics, was recorded after 18.00. Just for the last days fighters of 25 times fired at strong points of the Ukrainian army. In some cases, when the attacks of the enemy carried a direct threat to the lives of our defenders, the ATO forces in response opened fire on defeat”, – reported in the headquarters of ATO.

In Donetsk direction militants fired from different types of grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms position forces ATO in the area of Avdiivka, near zaytsevo, Wheatears and Sand.

On the seaside direction, the enemy fired rocket-propelled grenades, small arms, heavy machine guns and APCS at the fortifications near the Water, Hnutove, and on the outskirts of Maryinka, Shyrokyne.

On Lugansk the direction fighters fired anti-aircraft guns and grenade launchers, the ATO forces positions near krymske and Stanytsia Luhanska.

The armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine began in April 2014. Fighting underway between the Armed forces of Ukraine and Pro-Russian rebels who control part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

The trilateral contact group on settling the situation in the Donbass at the meeting in Minsk agreed to an indefinite ceasefire from midnight on August 25 in connection with the beginning of the academic year in schools.

The previous “bread truce” (June 24-August 31), according to the statements of the Ukrainian side, the rebels ripped off.
