Recipe of the day: salad with tuna, beans and vegetables

Choose red beans, and tuna – chunks in its own juice

You can add to a salad not only canned beans, but corn and green peas.

Spicy salad with tuna and vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bank of red beans
  • 100 g salad leaves
  • 180 g canned tuna
  • 60 g of capers or olives
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ground pepper

Recipe:

1. Lettuce wash and dry, tear by hand in a bowl.

2. Sweet peppers remove the core and seeds, cut into strips. The cherry tomatoes cut in half, peeled red onion cut into thin half-rings. Chop olives, or capers.

3. Add the greens, chopped veggies, rinsed beans, and mashed with a fork tuna.
