In Moscow from January to June 2017 71961 recorded crime, which is the highest indicator among all Russian regions. Such data are contained in the report “the State of crime in Russia”, published on the website of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.

On the second place after Moscow with 43668 crimes were Moscow oblast.

Followed by Krasnodar region (33492 crime), Chelyabinsk oblast (33332) and Bashkortostan (29533).

In addition, a list of the most criminal regions of Russia came in Rostov, Tyumen, Sverdlovsk, Kemerovo oblast and Tatarstan.

In just the first half of the year in Russia recorded more than 1 million of crimes. In this case, the Prosecutor’s office noted that these data are almost 13% lower than the same period last year. Russian prosecutors recorded a decrease in the level of crime in many Federal districts.

At the same time in Chechnya for six months, the number of registered crimes increased by 17.6%, becoming the record of the Russian Federation.

Also increased the number of crimes in Tuva (16%), Kaluga region (8%) and some other Federal districts. The largest decline in the number of crimes (30.1%) was recorded in the Vologda region.
