American company Penthouse Media Global Inc., which owns the Penthouse magazine and related sites, filed for protection from creditors under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Code for bankruptcy in the court of the state of California. On Friday, January 12, Interfax-Ukraine with reference to Bloomberg.
