He recalled that further extended the lifting of sanctions against Iran, however, according to him, this was done “merely to conclude an agreement with European allies in order to correct the horrible deficiencies of the Iranian nuclear deal.”

The nuclear agreement was signed in Vienna in the summer of 2015 . Its members, besides the U.S. and Iran are Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany. The agreement provides, inter alia, the refusal of Tehran from producing weapons-grade plutonium, the reduction of its existing enriched uranium in exchange for lifting of international sanctions.
