Freed hostages from the militants “FSC” Vladislav Ovcharenko believes that we should not hold back the torture that the terrorists used against Ukrainian hostages. He said this in an interview with “Gromadska”.

According to Ovcharenko, he feels fine, is now in the hospital “Feofania”.

“I’m here because after the “MGB (Ministry of state security of LPR”. – “GORDON”) I have greatly decreased vision – impact concussion. And I had two: one time I broke a chair. Think about it all (about torture. – “GORDON”) it is necessary to tell, because people think that we were sitting in the resorts in Bukovel or somewhere else there. In fact, everyone who is captured “LPR”, first, sit on the special facility “MGB”. It is in the former building of the SBU, in the basement. There we were held for interrogation were taken up, and there were beatings and torture. All people go through this. The first step is the dungeon, and when we were transferred to jail, already became easier”, he said.

According to Ovcharenko, in the jail of the terrorists are Ukrainians being held on the same charges as him, but nobody knows them.

“I want to write statements to the police, though these people submit to the search. I know one person, he’s with me, hit the “MGB”. He needs psychological help. He completely broke down…. In jail also the commandos come in and beat everyone, not just “dill” and “Enroute” too. Need to start looking. I’m going to reach people to have them confirmed and began to pull out,” said Ovcharenko.

According to him, the most difficult in captivity – the idea that “Oh you forgot everything and don’t nobody need you”.

“You yourself are playing a kind of Russian roulette. Or break or not break. I see that some people who came back didn’t break. And there are people who withdraw into themselves and not come out of their houses, here in “Feofaniya” – said a fan of “Dawn”.

Ovcharenko added that he wondered whether he needs psychological help.

“We constantly have to drag the briefings and press conferences, we don’t have time to even think about yourself. But I feel great,” he said.

The armed conflict in Eastern Ukraine began in April 2014. Fighting underway between the Armed forces of Ukraine and Pro-Russian rebels who control part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
