In Kharkov tightened quarantine

Kharkiv city Commission on questions tekhnogenno-ecological safety and emergency situations took the decision to tighten quarantine measures in the city. Comments about this publication KHARKIV Today said Deputy mayor Igor Terekhov.

“I already signed the document. [Quarantine tougher] with today. All will be tough. Cinema was not supposed to open without our solutions. They had no illusions,” the official said.

He added that in Kharkiv will be prohibited events with the participation of more than 10 people, the work of catering establishments, where there are summer playgrounds (except for takeaway orders). Cafes and restaurants in town must close no later than 22.00.

The decision to tighten quarantine was made due to the fact that the Kharkiv region for five days does not meet the minimum requirements to mitigate the restrictive measures.

On may 11 in Ukraine began to soften quarantine restrictions. 20 may the Cabinet of Ministers introduced the so-called adaptive quarantine: the regional authorities received the right to relax the restrictive measures subject to compliance with three criteria. Over the past day in Ukraine coronavirus have been confirmed at 876 people. The total number of confirmed infections in the country now stands at 46 763. From coronavirus infection COVID-19 died 1212 people, 20 558 were cured.

According to the system to monitor the spread of the coronavirus of the national security Council and defense of Ukraine, as of July 3, in the Kharkiv region confirmed 2255 cases (ninth place in the country), 87 people died, 1167 recovered. Every day in the field is logged 30-50 cases COVID-19, the total number of cases has doubled in the last month.
