Chinese New year 2018: recipe for fried rice with pork

In 2018 Chinese new year will be celebrated on February 16. In honor of the holiday, we offer you to cook fried rice – traditional Chinese dish.

  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • eggs – 2 PCs.
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp + 1/4 tsp
  • chopped garlic – 1 clove
  • peeled grated ginger – 1 tsp
  • chopped green onions – 1 bunch
  • cut into thin strips pork – 225 g
  • sliced into thin strips carrot – 2 PCs.
  • frozen green peas – 1/2 Cup
  • cooked rice – 2 cups
  • rice vinegar – 2 tbsp


1. In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, lightly beat eggs with 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce. Add the eggs to the pan and stir. Cook without stirring for a minute, then folded into a roll with the spatulas. To shift the eggs on a work surface and cut into pieces with a width of 1 cm.

2. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into the wok. Add garlic, ginger and white part of green onions. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, for 30 seconds. Add pork and cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon until it is cooked.

3. Add the carrots, peas and rice and stir. Add cooked egg, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, vinegar and cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes. If necessary pour a little water.
